RESERVED ACCESS INFORMATION
Some items (not all) in our system are not available to the general public and that is quite intentional.
They are reserved for Subscribed Insiders only.
To qualify as an Insider, you must be subscribed to our email list and meet the internal activity standards of the system. These standards are based on real engagement, not just sign-ups. If those conditions are not met, access is restricted and any order placed without qualified eligibility will be automatically canceled. No discussion,
WHY INSIDER STATUS MATTERS
Reserved access exists because our system runs on controlled releases of some limited quantity items such as first edition head gear.
These items are distributed in tiers, with higher tiers receiving priority and, in most cases, access to all lower-tier releases unless otherwise stated. This structure ensures that the most committed 'clients' receive first access to limited inventory.
Because of this, communication has to be precise.
Email is the only channel used to notify customers of upcoming drops, release timing, and eligibility windows. If you are not subscribed, you will not receive this information. There are no public announcements for reserved items.
ACCESS THROUGH PARTICIPATION
Insider status is not something you request. It is something you build.
The system tracks engagement and purchasing behavior over time. As your profile qualifies, access is granted automatically. No codes, no manual approvals, no exceptions.
While we won't tell you how the internal mechanics of how this system works...to reach the first level of BRONZE, you must meet the following qualifications:
SUBSCRIBED TO OUR EMAIL LIST
PLACE 3 OR MORE ORDER (NO EXPIRY)
POSSESS A LIFETIME SPEND GREATER THAN $400
Achieve that goal without getting 'blacklisted' for suspicious or fraudulent activity and you will be well on your way to the SILVER tier.
WHERE IT HAPPENS
This Shopify site is only part of the system.
Our flag ship site, gutterbrudderz.com, operates as the Insider environment. This is where curated drops, restricted releases, and tier-based access events take place. It works as a membership portal where access is gained by activity on this site. If you behave on this site, AND buy stuff you will gain access. Misbehave and you will get 'blacklisted.' No debate, no apologies just good bye...and that's why we say 'Fuck Customers.'
If you are not an Insider, access to these events will be limited or unavailable.
FINAL NOTE
This system was not built for everyone.
It runs in parallel with our email onboarding and is designed to narrow access, not expand it. If you try to market to everyone, you end up selling to no one.
Reserved access exists to focus attention, reward participation, and keep the signal clear for those who are actually paying attention.
